Natalie has 14 years experience and practice as a Mental Health Nurse, experience in the Principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, treating addictions, Trauma therapy and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing.
Trauma can be defined as a psychological, emotional and physical response
to an event or experience that causes deep distress.
Daily stressors, past and present trauma can manifest in many ways within our body, physically, emotionally and mentally resulting in many symptoms or disorders such as;

Natalie has been professionally employed by the NHS as an RMN since 2004 inclusive of inpatient, crisis, community and multi-disciplinary settings. Providing firm knowledge and expertise in the treatment and intervention of mental health, and emotional well-being, inclusive of Principles of CBT and Addictions Counselling.
Current registration held with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

All sessions are designed specifically to the individual, utilising a person centred, holistic approach.
